Great Black and White Photographers PART 2

Ansel Adams was a photographer and environmentalist and was born on feb. 20th,1902. Ansel grew up in a house set amid the sand dunes of the Golden Gate,his death occurred on April 22nd,1984. In 1927, Adams produced his first portfolio, Adams was rewarded the presidential medal of freedom by Jimmy Carter, who said, "so much of America has been saved for future Americans" in Adams' photos.
